DELIVERY

A) How does the delivery process work?

  • Once you place an order on our website, it is processed immediately.
  • Every product goes through a quality inspection before dispatch.
  • The product is securely packed and handed over to our trusted courier partners.
  • Your order is then shipped to your delivery address.
  • If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, the Buy Point India support team will contact you and arrange an alternative solution whenever possible.

B) What is the estimated delivery time?

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
  • Delivery may take 7–15 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

In rare situations, delivery may take longer due to operational reasons.

We process and dispatch orders 7 days a week, including most public holidays.

Please Note: During festivals, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or political disruptions, deliveries may be delayed due to courier service limitations. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.


C) Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking details.

You can track your order using the Track Order page by entering your Order Number or AWB Number.

Yes.


B) Which locations do you deliver to?

Buy Point India delivers products across India, covering almost all serviceable PIN codes.


C) Are there any shipping charges?

No.

We offer Free Shipping across India on all eligible orders.


D) Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible locations across India.


E) Is there any additional charge for Cash on Delivery?

No.

There are no extra charges for Cash on Delivery.


F) How are orders packaged?

Every product is packed carefully using secure packaging materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.


G) Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes.

You can change your shipping address before your order has been shipped by contacting our customer support.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, Buy Point India offers international shipping on selected products and destinations.

International shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Package weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Courier service selected

Import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, or any local taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

International orders are not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or return, unless the product arrives damaged or an incorrect item is delivered.
