We are always looking forward to giving you the best products at the best prices, with the hope that our relationship continues for years to come. However, if due to any unforeseen situation you need to return a product, the following terms and conditions will apply.
Return & Refund Terms and Conditions

Please note that we do not accept returns for stitched and unstitched clothing, including Lehengas, Salwar Suits, Gowns, Sarees, and Stitched Sarees with custom blouses. We only accept returns for damaged products. To claim a damaged product, you must provide an unboxing/opening video starting from the sealed courier package and clearly showing the product condition.

At no point will the refund exceed the actual value of the goods.

We will issue a 70% refund for damaged unstitched products. The remaining 30% will be deducted towards order processing, payment gateway charges, and other recurring charges.

We do not refund customs duties, shipping charges, or taxes, if applicable.

For orders with Free Shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

BuyPointIndia.com will not be responsible for refunding any shipping charges paid by the customer for returning the parcel.

Customers must bear the return shipping charges in all cases for stitched or unstitched products. BuyPointIndia.com will not bear any return shipping cost.

Refunds are not applicable for custom-made or stitched clothing, including ready-made stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouses.

Any complaint regarding damage or stains must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product. We may request digital images or videos for verification. Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected at our office. Once approved, the refund will reflect in the customer's account within 4–5 working days.

Returns will not be accepted after 3 days from the date of delivery.

While we strive to provide complete customer satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customized products.

For damage or stain-related complaints, customers must submit clear product images/videos along with a copy of the invoice within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placement.

If cancellation is requested after 24 hours, 20% of the total order value will be deducted towards bank/payment processing charges.

Orders that are already under processing or shipped cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be provided.

Eligible cancellation amounts will be issued only as BuyPointIndia Store Credit or Coupons.

Color & Description Disclaimer
The product descriptions and specifications displayed on our website are approximate and as close to the actual product as possible. Although we make every effort to display colors accurately, slight variations may occur due to photography lighting, screen resolution, monitor settings, and device display properties.
Similarly, product weight, embroidery, print placement, craftsmanship, and sizing may have minor variations. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept these possible differences.
Embellishment Disclaimer
Products featuring embellishments such as beads, sequins, stones, mirrors, or decorative work may occasionally experience slight loosening during transit despite careful packaging and handling.
This is considered normal due to the nature of handcrafted and embellished garments and should not be treated as a manufacturing defect.
